Cancellation Policy

At Memory2Melody, each order is custom made based on the personal details, memories, preferences, and story information you provide. Because our songs are personalized digital products and we may begin work shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are limited.
By placing an order with Memory2Melody, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Standard Custom Song Orders
For standard custom song orders, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by emailing contact@memory2melody.com.
If you cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel between 2 and 24 hours after placing your order, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
If you cancel more than 24 hours after placing your order, your order is not eligible for cancellation or refund because work may already be underway.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the status of your order. If your song has already been created, generated, reviewed, delivered, or substantially completed, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Rush or Express Orders
Rush, priority, or express orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Because these orders require immediate scheduling and production, work may begin right away. Rush fees, priority fees, express delivery upgrades, and similar add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
Digital Delivery
Once a custom song, preview, lyric file, audio file, download link, or related digital product has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect or Incomplete Customer Information
Your song is created using the information you provide.
Memory2Melody is not responsible for errors, missing details, spelling mistakes, incorrect names, pronunciation issues, or other problems caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
If you notice an error in your submitted information, please contact us immediately at contact@memory2melody.com. We will do our best to update your order before work begins, but changes may not be possible once production is underway.
Subscriptions
Memory2Melody does not currently offer subscription products.
If subscriptions are offered in the future, the subscription terms, billing frequency, cancellation options, renewal details, and refund rules will be clearly provided at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders
Memory2Melody does not currently offer pre-orders.
If pre-orders are offered in the future, the payment terms, estimated fulfillment date, cancellation options, and refund rules will be clearly provided at the time of purchase.
Try Before You Buy
Memory2Melody does not currently offer try-before-you-buy products.
Because our products are custom digital songs created from your personal information, they cannot be returned like a physical product.
